Sizing & Fit
What sizes do you carry?
-We carry sizes XS through 3XL across most of our products. Each product page includes a detailed size chart with chest, waist, and length measurements to help you find your perfect fit.
How should I size for your performance polos and athletic tees?
-Our apparel is designed with an athletic, fitted cut. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable feel — especially for our performance polos and golf wear.
Can I contact you for sizing help before I order?
-Absolutely! Reach out to our support team and share your measurements. We'll point you to the best size and style for your body type and activity.
Orders & Payment
How do I place an order?
-Simply browse our store, select your item, choose your size and color, and add it to your cart. Checkout is quick and secure — we accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
-Because every item is custom-made for you, we begin production quickly after your order is placed. Please contact us within 2 hours of ordering if you need to make a change. After that window, we may not be able to modify or cancel the order.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
-Yes — you'll receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order, followed by a shipping notification with tracking info once your item is on its way.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does fulfillment take?
-Each item is made-to-order. Fulfillment typically takes 3–5 business days before your order ships.
How long does shipping take?
-Once shipped, standard delivery within the US takes 5–10 business days. Expedited options may be available at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
-We currently ship within the United States. International shipping options may be added in the future — stay tuned!
How do I track my order?
-Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email. You can use that link to follow your package in real time.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
-Because every item is custom-printed just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing issues. We strongly encourage using our size chart before ordering.
What if my item arrives damaged or with a print defect?
-We stand behind the quality of every item. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no hassle.
Can I exchange for a different size?
-We are unable to offer size exchanges at this time due to our print-on-demand model. Please refer to our size chart carefully before ordering.

-To keep your gear performing and looking great:
--Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle
--Tumble dry low or hang to dry
--Do not bleach or use fabric softener
