At Wedge Wear Apparel, every item is custom-printed on demand, just for you. Because of this, our policy differs from traditional retail stores. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.

Our Commitment to Quality

We take pride in the quality of every item we produce. If something isn't right, we will always work to make it right. Your satisfaction is our priority.

What We Do Not Accept

Because each product is made-to-order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges for the following reasons:

--Change of mind
--Incorrect size ordered
--Dislike of color or design after purchase

We strongly encourage all customers to review our size chart on each product page before placing an order. If you need help choosing a size, our support team is happy to assist prior to purchase.

What We Do Cover

We will issue a free replacement or full refund in the following situations:

--The item arrives damaged (torn, stained, or otherwise physically defective)
--The item has a print defect (misaligned, faded, or incorrect design)
--You received the wrong item (wrong product, size, or color from what you ordered)
--The item is lost in transit and does not arrive within the expected delivery window

How to Submit a Claim

To submit a claim for a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

1. Email us at  Info@aboveparapp.org  within 14 days of your delivery date
2. Include your order number in the subject line
3. Attach clear photos of the issue (full item + close-up of the defect)
4. Describe the problem briefly in your message

We will review your claim and respond within 1–2 business days with a resolution — either a replacement order or a full refund to your original payment method.

Refund Processing Times

Once a refund is approved:

--Credit/debit card refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank

--PayPal refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Order Cancellations & Changes

Because production begins quickly after an order is placed, cancellations and changes must be requested within 2 hours of purchase. After this window, we cannot guarantee modifications.
