2. Products & Orders
All products are made-to-order and custom-printed. By placing an order, you confirm that you have reviewed the product details, sizing information, and descriptions before purchasing.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud or inaccurate pricing.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD. We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Payment is collected at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Promotions and discount codes cannot be applied retroactively.
4. Shipping & Fulfillment
Each item is custom-printed and typically fulfilled within 3–5 business days. Shipping times vary by location. We are not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been handed off for shipment.
5. Returns & Refunds
Because all items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Defective, damaged, or misprinted items are eligible for a replacement or full refund. Please refer to our full Returns & Refund Policy for details.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including logos, designs, images, and text — is the property of Wedge Wear Apparel and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Wedge Wear Apparel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable jurisdiction.
